Anchor and housing installation

The mounting process of the suspension method was determined when the anchor installation scheme was developed. A rigid support frame is arranged at each bearing seat position. The support frame is located on the steam turbine foundation scaffold. Each support frame column is composed of four double channel steels. The beam is divided into two layers. The upper layer of the frame is higher than the anchor height by 1 m. The channel consists of a movable double channel steel on the support frame for suspending the anchor. The anchor and the hanger are connected by M16 blue bolts to adjust the center and level of the anchor. After the concrete is poured, the elevation tolerance of the anchor is positive. When the anchor is installed, the movable beam of the upper frame is welded, the blue bolt is fixed, and the steam turbine foundation is poured.

The bearing housing has no platen, and the bearing housing is directly poured onto the steam turbine foundation during the secondary watering. When the bearing housing is processed at the factory, the bearing is always loaded into the bearing housing, and the center of the bearing is at the same height as the middle surface of the bearing housing. When the field is installed, the adjustment of the bottom adjustment gasket of the bearing is less than 0.3mm, and the deflection curve of the steam turbine is controlled by the installation height of the bearing housing. In order to meet the design requirements of the turbine deflection curve, the installation requirements for the bearing housing are as follows.

(1) The absolute height error of the bearing seat is 21mm, and the relative height error of each bearing seat is 20.1mm; the lateral center error of the bearing housing is 20.1mm with respect to the longitudinal axis of the steam turbine.

(2) Relative to the transverse centerline of the unit, based on the transverse centerline of the bearing housing, the longitudinal center distance error of each bearing housing is 22mm.

According to the German design idea, if the installation of the bearing housing is zero error, when the turbine rotor is in place, the coupling center of the rotor does not need to be adjusted to meet the installation requirements.
