This specification is applicable to the repair of non-independent suspensions, non-driven front axles and non-powered steering systems of domestically produced vehicles. The rear axles and steering systems after repairs should conform to the rules of this code; other types of rear axles and steering systems are repaired. Can refer to the application.
1, the front axle
1.1 The front axle must be inspected without any cracks.
1.2 When the lateral length of the steel plate spring seat is not more than 160mm; the flatness of the public service is 0.4mm; when it is greater than 160mm; the flatness is 0.5mm. The reduction of the thickness of the steel spring retainer after repair shall not be greater than 2mm.
1.3 When the transverse length of the plane of the steel plate spring is not more than 160mm; the plane of the two steel plate springs in the direction of the common plane normal direction is 0.8mm; when it is greater than 160mm; the azimuth is 1. 0mm.
1.4 The wear of U-bolt bearing holes and positioning holes on the steel plate spring block shall not exceed 1mm.
1.5 The cooperation between the front axle main pin bearing hole and the main pin should conform to the original drawing rules.
1.6 The straightness of the upper and lower ends of the front axle main pin hole facing the axis should be consistent with the original drawing rules. The thickness reduction of the front axle main pin hole end face after repair shall not exceed 2mm.
1.7 When the front axle main pin bearing hole with the cylindrical kingpin exceeds 0.05mm; it should be repaired according to the scale of the rule.
1.8 Based on the common plane of the plane of the two steel plate springs; the inner diameter of the axis of the front axle pin hole should conform to the original drawing rule, and the plane perpendicular to the common plane and the axis of the two steel plate springs For the reference; the front axle main pin hole axis twist angle shall not be greater than 30@; the azimuth of the axis in the normal direction of the reference plane is 4mm, and the spacing between the axes of the two main pin holes of the front axle shall conform to the original drawing rules.
2, steering section
2.1 The steering knuckle can be inspected without any cracks.
2.2 The angle between the common axis of the steering knuckle and the common axis of the main pin hole should conform to the original drawing rules.
2.3 The cooperation between the inner and outer bearings of the steering knuckle and the journal is a cooperation; the cooperation should be in accordance with the original drawing rules, which is a transitional cooperation; when the fundamental dimension is not more than 40mm; the maximum clearance is not more than 0.040mm; greater than 40mm Time; not more than 0.055mm.
2.4 The steering knuckle bushing and the kingpin and bushing cooperate with the knuckle kingpin hole to conform to the original drawing rules.
2.5 The knuckle on the upper and lower main pin bearing axis coaxiality should be consistent with the original drawing rules.
2.6 The straightness of the knuckle on the inside of the knuckle facing the common axis of the main section of the steering knuckle should be consistent with the original drawing rules.
2.7 The damage of the thread of each part of the steering knuckle shall not exceed the second tooth.
3. Installation of front axle and steering knuckle
3.1 The clearance between the end face of the main pin hole of the steering knuckle and the upper end face of the front axle; it should conform to the original drawing rules.
3.2 The front axle and steering knuckle should be installed properly; the force to change the steering knuckle is usually not more than 1ON.
4, the wheel hub
4.1 The hub should be free of cracks; the thread damage of each part of the hub must not exceed the second tooth.
4.2 The cooperation between the hub and the inner and outer bearings should conform to the original drawing rules.
4.3 The connection between the hub and the brake drum is equal to the end face of the inner and outer bearing bore of the hub. The full runout is 0.15mm.
4.4 The cooperation and scale of the hub and the oil seal outer ring should conform to the original drawing rules.
4.5 The assembled hub should have an axial clearance of 0.10~0.15mm; and it can be evenly transformed.
5, the steering gear
5.1 Housing and cover
5.1.1 The bright body and cover of the steering gear should be free of cracks; the flatness of the entire contact plane between the bright body and the cover is 0. L0mm.
5.1.2 The common axis of the two worm bearing bearing holes on the casing and the straightness of the common axis of the two rocker shaft bearing bearing holes shall be in accordance with the rules of Table 1.
The spacing between the two axes should be consistent with the original drawing rules.

5.1.3 The coaxiality of the bearing shaft axis of the worm shaft is 0.02mm; the coaxiality of the bearing shaft axis of the rocker shaft is 0.01mm.
5.2 worm
5.2.1 The worm should be free of cracks.
5.2.2 The worm tooth surface and bearing raceway shall be free of metal falling off and significant step wear marks.
5.2.3 The maximum clearance between the worm bearing and the housing shall not be greater than the original drawing rule of 0.02 mm.
5.2.4 The maximum clearance between the worm bearing and the worm shaft shall not be greater than the original drawing rule of 0.006mm.
5.3 rocker shaft
5.3.1 The rocker arm shaft shall not be cracked after inspection; the end splines shall be not significantly distorted.
5.3.2 The roller shall not be cracked after being inspected by the flaw; the tooth shall have no metal falling off and a significant step wear scar.
5.3.3 The damage of the end of the hip shaft thread shall not exceed the second tooth.
5.3.4 The radial full runout of the rocker shaft support journal is 0.05mm.
5.3.5 The raceway of the steering nut of the following world steering gear; the metal shall fall off. The specification and quantity of the rolling ball shall conform to the original drawing rules; the diameter difference shall not exceed 0.01 mm. The cooperation gap between the ball and the raceway shall not be greater than 0.05mm.
5.3.6 The taper surface of the steering pin operation shall be free of metal falling off; it shall be replaced in pairs when replaced; the interval after the pin is loaded into the raceway shall conform to the drawing rules.
5.3.7 The maximum clearance between the rocker shaft bearing and the rocker shaft shall not be greater than the original drawing rule of 0.005mm.
5.3.8 The maximum clearance between the rocker shaft bearing and the housing and the side cover shall not be greater than the original drawing rule of 0.018 mm.
5.3.9 When replacing the rocker shaft bearing; the cooperation between the bearing and the housing and the rocker shaft should conform to the original drawing rules.
5.4 Steering gear installation and adjustment
5.4.1 When the double pin steering gear is fitted with the steering worm; the thickness of the adjusting cover of the steering cover shall not be changed intentionally; if there is any change, it is necessary to ensure the correct orientation of the worm in the steering gear case after assembly. .
5.4.2 Before turning the steering rocker shaft; the torque required to change the steering shaft should normally be no more than 0.8Nm.
5.4.3 After the steering gear is assembled; it should be inspected according to the original depiction requirements; the axial clearance of the rocker arm shaft and the torque required to change the steering shaft should conform to the original drawing rules; the sensitive and oil-free appearance should be changed throughout the whole process.
6, steering operation organization
6.1 Steering shaft, steering drive shaft, universal joint fork and cross shaft shall be inspected without cracks.
6.2 The straightness of the steering shaft should be in accordance with the rules of Table 2.

6.3 The minimum interference of the steering column and the support shall not be less than the original drawing rule of 0.015 mm.
6.4 The cooperation between the steering column and the bushing should conform to the original drawing rules.
6.5 The maximum clearance between the steering shaft and the bushing shall not be greater than the original drawing rule of 0.08mm.
6.6 The maximum clearance of the steering universal joint sliding fork and the steering cross shaft bearing and the cross shaft journal and the bearing shall not be greater than the original drawing rule of 0.028mm.
6.7 The maximum clearance of the sliding fork spline sleeve and the steering drive shaft spline shall not be greater than the original drawing rule of 0.10mm.
6.8 Steering operation The organization shall change the appearance of the sensitive element stuck; the installation is complete; the fastening is firm.
7, steering transmission organization
7.1 The steering rocker, straight rod, tie rod, knuckle arm and ball head pin shall be inspected without cracks.
7.2 The spline of the steering rocker arm should not be significantly distorted. After turning the rocker arm into the rocker arm shaft; the end face should be 2~5mm above the rocker shaft spline end face.
7.3 Straight tie rods shall be free from significant deformation, and the straightness of the tie rods shall be 2 mm.
7.4 The ball pin and its cooperating parts shall have no significant wear. When assembling the horizontal and straight rods, ensure that the small end of each ball pin pin is 1-2 mm lower than the upper end surface of the taper hole; Each ball pin should be sensitive, not loose, not stuck.
8. Inspection rules The front axle and steering gear should be inspected according to 3.2 and 5.4.3 after assembly.
9, other
9.1 Unruly skill requirements in this specification; should conform to the original drawing rules.
9.2 After repairing the front axle and steering system; all parts should be equipped with complete, smooth and outstanding, strong joints, secure locking, and dustproof equipment.
9.3 All components of the front axle and steering system should be rust-proofed; and stored in a ventilated, boring place.
