1. How to use the turbine flowmeter correctly?
1 Once the unit is in place, ensure that all chips and debris have been removed. The system has been purged, pressure tested, air flow in and boosted to the flow meter inlet valve.
2 Open the bypass ball valve upstream of the turbine flow meter. 3 Slowly open the bypass small bypass valve upstream of the turbine flow meter, and slowly fill the gas until the turbine flow meter is forced to seal the ball valve. Attention: High-speed pressurization with severe pressure or excessive pressure can damage the turbine flowmeter. In order to maintain the gas turbine flow meter, the pressure increase applied to the turbine flow meter must not exceed 35 kPa/s. If the pressure cannot be measured at the site, the turbine flow meter flow cannot be overrun.
4 Close the bypass ball valve and stop valve.
5 Change the handwheel to open the imported forced sealing valve.
6 Slowly open the turbine flowmeter downflow electric forced sealing ball valve (for at least 1 minute), the best use of the manual switch on the electric actuator, be careful not to make the turbine flowmeter overspeed.

3 Connect the calibration vehicle and the calibration port.

7 After the online calibration is completed, close the two Orbit ball valves of the calibration port, slowly open the forced sealing ball valve of the comparison pipe, and slowly open the electric circuit to force the sealing ball valve at the exit of the working circuit. 8 Put the flange blind plate back, don't forget to close the small ball valve on the flange blind plate.
