1. Introduction of US250 CNC Tool Grinder

At present, the CNC tool grinding machines introduced in China are mainly products of well-known foreign manufacturers such as Walter Company of Germany and SORENCO of Denmark, and their performances are unique. After comprehensive consideration of various factors, our company finally decided to introduce the US250 CNC tool grinding machine from SORENCO, Denmark. The machine is equipped with FANUC numerical control system and microcomputer processing system. It adopts six-axis five-link linkage. The six transmission shafts are X, Y, Z, U, A and W axes (see picture). The drive shaft is driven by servo motor, which can guarantee high. Transmission accuracy. Grinding wheel is an important part of CNC tool grinding machine. According to the grinding wheel material, it can be divided into diamond grinding wheel and cubic boron nitride grinding wheel, which are used for grinding of cemented carbide tool and high speed steel tool respectively. According to the shape of grinding wheel, it can be divided into flat grinding wheel. The bowl-shaped grinding wheel and the disc-shaped grinding wheel have the following processing ranges:

Plane grinding wheel: It is used to machine the cutter groove shape and the grinding back. By changing the eccentric amount, different tool groove shapes can be milled, such as circular grooves of drill bits and reamer.

Bowl-shaped grinding wheel: used for machining the flank of the end tooth of the tool, such as machining the end angle of the end of the end mill.

Dish-shaped grinding wheel: It is used for the opening processing of the front and outer circumferential teeth of the tool end teeth.
