Overseas visitors come from 16 countries or regions including India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the United States, Hong Kong, Germany, Russia, Singapore, Austria, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Thailand, Turkey, Iran, and the United Kingdom. The top three in Asia, India, Japan, and Korea. (II) Analysis of the nature of the work of the audience and the purpose of the visit

According to statistics, the majority of visitors from manufacturing companies and trading companies accounted for 44.73% of the audience engaged in marketing; followed by scientific and design designers, accounting for 15.37% (see Figure 3). As can be seen from Figure 4, the audiences seeking “inquiry information”, “purchase” and “visiting suppliers” accounted for 27.68%, 24.03% and 14.30% respectively, ranking the top three. The two sets of data show that the professional exhibition audience pays more attention to technical exchanges and trade opportunities; the three grinding exhibition audiences seek industry technology and market information, and the willingness to engage in purchase is strong. (III) Analysis of the audience industry and exhibits attention

According to the statistics (see Figure 5), the audience from the machine tool industry accounted for 52.02% (of which: abrasive abrasive industry accounted for 36.19%, more than one-third); other mechanical and electrical industry and building materials industry audience accounted for 11.57% and 9.44 respectively %, ranked second and third. Subsequently, it was 5.32% of photovoltaics for electrical and electronic equipment, 2.84% for transportation, 1.55% for metallurgical minerals, 0.94% for petrochemicals, 7.16% for institutional organizations, and 9.16% for other organizations. From the audience's interest analysis of exhibits (see Figure 6), 73.48% of the viewers were interested in Sanma products (of which 62.76% chose abrasives and abrasives). In terms of quantity distribution, domestic exhibitors accounted for 92%, and overseas accounted for 8%. Among them: domestic exhibitors, Huazhong, East China and South China accounted for 55%, 19.9% ​​and 12.9% respectively, ranking the top three; among overseas exhibitors, European and American companies accounted for 78%. Exhibitors from Europe, the United States and Henan Province accounted for the majority of overseas and domestic exhibitors, fully demonstrating the development status of the abrasives and diamond industry and the advantages of these two regions in the international and domestic markets. In this exhibition, manufacturers accounted for an absolute majority of exhibitors (see Figure 11), followed by trading companies and research institutes; exhibitors put "establishing new business relationships", "showing new products and new achievements" and "communicating "Experience" as the main purpose of the exhibition (see Figure 12). The two sets of data show that the nature of the exhibitors is consistent with the purpose of the exhibits, reflecting the exhibitors' dual requirements for trading and communication with professional exhibitions and the characteristics of practical results. In combination with the above analysis of the needs of the audience, exhibitors and visitors have the need to communicate and sell (or purchase), fully demonstrating that the purpose of exhibitors of Sanmei Exhibition matches the needs of professional visitors, which is the key to the success of the exhibition. (III) Analysis of exhibitors' satisfaction with the audience and the results of the exhibition

According to statistics (see Figure 12), exhibitors are satisfied with the “total number of audiences”, “the importance and authority of visitors to this booth”, “audience ordering intentions” and “new business relationships”. The single choice is “satisfactory”. Or “very satisfied” exhibitors have surpassed more than 92%, an increase of 3 percentage points from the 89% last year. Based on this, it is not difficult to conclude that exhibitors are very satisfied with the results of the exhibition (see Figure 14). Of course, exhibitors have higher expectations for “ordering intentions”. (IV) Analysis of exhibitors' satisfaction with exhibition services

From the four options of on-site service, catering service, hotel service and transportation service, exhibitors are over 92% satisfied with on-site service and hotel service; less than 90% satisfied with catering service and transportation service, indicating that catering and transportation have yet to be improved. Exhibitors have a high overall evaluation of the entire exhibition service, and the sum of satisfied and very satisfied options exceeds 99%, indicating that the main contractor's meticulous service during the exhibition preparation phase and the extension service phase has been widely recognized by exhibitors. Through comprehensive considerations such as the preparation stage of the exhibition, the service of the exhibition, the number and quality of the audience, and the effect of the exhibition, the exhibitors' satisfaction with the “Overall Evaluation of the Exhibition” exceeded 99%, which fully explained that the positioning of the China Sanmei Exhibition is accurate, the theme is clear, and practical. The operation is fine and it is very successful. To this end, 32.88% of the exhibitors chose to “must attend” to participate in the next exhibition; the proportion of “may” would be 61.64%.
